Nanna & Obo LIVE
Groovetoons Vol. 1 is out!
Nanna & Obo don’t treat children’s music as a single musical genre. Each story finds its own musical language, drawing from jazz, bluegrass, samba, folk, sea shanties, theatre and other styles while remaining grounded in storytelling, humour and memorable characters.
Groovetoons Vol. 1
Six original songs • released January 26, 2026
A Groovetoon is one original musical story told many ways.
A story might become a song, picture book, animated or illustrated video, read-along/sing-along video, sheet music and live performance. Music, story, character and illustration grow together rather than being created as separate products.
